We know how inconvenient it can be when your gate breaks down. In this situation, we would recommend manually releasing your gate which should have been explained to you when the gate was installed using your manual release key.
To isolate the power to your gates, use your rotary isolator within the gate control cabinet.
Please also check your photocells to ensure they are not blocked by leaves, dirt, insects or water. Wipe with a cloth and dry.
If your gate fails during working hours and you would like to book an engineers visit please call us on 01179786095, outside of these hours please email us at email@example.com. The emails are monitored.
We deal with call outs on a case by case basis, depending on weather and the service contract of the client, however emergency call outs can sometimes be arranged. We try our hardest to have quick response times, however this depends on the case and what needs to be done before we can send an engineer out to help.
We can often change replacement parts, which you can find out more about on our maintenance and repair cover page. Emergency repairs can often be fixed there and then for sliding gates, swing gates and most other automatic gates.
Our team of engineers have many years experience on electric gate repairs and gate safety so you can have peace of mind.
