Elex offer a range of service subscriptions to ensure your gates not only work smoothly and safely, but are also legal and compliant with current regulations.

All automation equipment supplied and installed by Elex Gates & Barriers comes with a two year Manufacturer’s parts warranty. However, annual servicing is a requirement of this guarantee. If your gates were supplied and installed through another contractor we can still offer our service plans subject to an initial inspection.

General Information The following may apply according to the installation selected:

During installation, considerable delays may occur to vehicular access in the installation area. Therefore, we recommend that alternative arrangements are made to keep use of the entrance to a minimum. No allowance is made for any permanent or special reinstatement of driveway, road or structural surfaces which may become necessary on completion of the installation, other than patch and repair with concrete, mortar or plaster as applicable.

Complaints Policy We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as possible, please refer to our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us in order that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible. All prices are based on a single entrance, exclude parts and are subject to VAT at the current standard rate.
